This hunting lease is leased and not available. Base Camp Leasing has a 100 acre hunting lease available for immediate lease in Broome County, NY. This property is located in WMU (4O) and about 10 miles SE of Windsor, NY. This property borders Pennsylvania in the south. If you are looking for a remote property in southern Broome County you have found it. The entrance to the property is in NW corner and has a nice trail, starts out in a 6 acre field. There is a gas line that runs north and south that is about 80 yards wide. There have been some big rocks placed to keep people off gas line. I was able to drive around rocks in the hard woods on east side of gas line. The gas line will take you to border on south where there is another gate ( another gas line running east and west along PA border). The property does not have a lot of elevation change so was easy walking when I got off ATV. The woods on west side was primarily hardwoods while the woods on left was a mixture of hemlocks and poplars. I saw deer sign several times (tracks and rubs). The gas lines would make excellent shooting lanes. ATV and camping are allowed for hunting purposes. There is a gate leading into this property that is locked. Once leased landowner will put a combination lock on gate. For inspection I was able to drive around right side of gate. Camper needs to be removed at end of hunting season. If you wanted to put in food plots they would be allowed.
